At CTR Shoes India, we aim to provide quality footwear and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Free Shipping

We provide FREE SHIPPING on all shoe orders placed through our website.

Free shipping applies only to the original delivery of the order.

If a customer requests a return or exchange, the applicable courier charges for the return and/or replacement shipment will be borne by the customer as mentioned below.

2. Return Policy

Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

For a customer-requested return:

The customer must bear the courier charges for returning the product to CTR Shoes India.
The original shipping provided by CTR Shoes India is free, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
The return courier charges paid by the customer will not be reimbursed.
Refund will be processed only after the returned product is received and successfully inspected.

Return Example

If you purchase a pair of shoes and later decide that you do not want the product:

Customer pays: Return courier charges to send the shoes back to CTR Shoes India.

CTR Shoes India: Processes the eligible refund after receiving and inspecting the product.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges subject to product and size availability.

An exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

For a customer-requested exchange:

The customer must pay the courier charges for sending the original shoes back to CTR Shoes India.
The customer must also pay the courier charges for sending the replacement/exchanged shoes to the customer.
The exchange will be processed only after the original product is received and inspected.
Exchange is subject to availability of the requested size/product.
If the requested size is unavailable, the customer may choose an alternative option as approved by CTR Shoes India.

Exchange Example

If you receive Size 8 but require Size 9:

Customer pays: Courier charges for sending Size 8 back to CTR Shoes India.

Customer also pays: Courier charges for sending Size 9 from CTR Shoes India to the customer.

CTR Shoes India: Processes the exchange after receiving and inspecting the returned Size 8 shoes.

4. Wrong Size Ordered by Customer

If the customer selects the wrong size while placing the order, the order will not be considered a seller error.

The customer may request an exchange subject to our exchange conditions.

In such cases, the customer is responsible for both courier charges:

Courier charges for returning the original shoes.
Courier charges for delivering the replacement shoes.

We strongly recommend checking the size chart available on the product page before placing your order.

5. Wrong or Damaged Product Received

If you receive a product that is:

Different from the product you ordered
The wrong size due to an error from our side
Damaged during delivery
Having a manufacturing defect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be required to provide:

Order number
Photographs of the shoes
Photographs of the shoe box/packaging
Unboxing video, if available

After verification, if the issue is confirmed to be caused by CTR Shoes India or a manufacturing defect, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

In such confirmed cases, the applicable return/replacement courier charges will be borne by CTR Shoes India.

6. Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Shoes must be unused and unworn.
Shoes must be returned in their original condition.
The original shoe box and packaging must be intact.
All tags, accessories and other items supplied with the product must be returned.
The shoes must not have any signs of outdoor use.
The shoes must not be dirty, washed, scratched or damaged.
The original shoe box should not be used directly as the courier packaging.
The product must pass our quality inspection before a return or exchange is approved.

7. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Return or exchange requests may be rejected if:

The shoes have been worn outdoors.
The shoes show signs of use or wear.
The shoes are dirty, damaged, washed or scratched.
The original packaging or shoe box is missing or severely damaged.
The product has been modified or altered.
Damage has occurred due to improper use or handling.
The return/exchange request is made after the applicable period.
The product was clearly marked as Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable at the time of purchase.

8. Refund Policy

For approved returns, the refund will be initiated after the returned product has been received and inspected.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment gateway/banking processing time.

Please note:

Original shipping is provided free of charge and is non-refundable.
Customer-paid return courier charges are non-refundable.
Any applicable deductions will be communicated to the customer before processing the refund.

9. Exchange Shipping Charges

For a customer-requested exchange, both courier charges are payable by the customer:

1. Return Courier:
Customer pays the cost of sending the original shoes back to CTR Shoes India.

2. Replacement Courier:
Customer pays the cost of sending the replacement shoes from CTR Shoes India to the customer.

The replacement product will be dispatched after the returned product is received and approved for exchange.

10. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with:

Order Number
Customer Name
Registered Mobile Number
Reason for Return/Exchange
Required Size for Exchange, if applicable
Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and provide the return/exchange instructions.

Please do not send any product back without receiving return instructions from CTR Shoes India.

11. Important Note

CTR Shoes India reserves the right to inspect every returned product before approving a return, refund or exchange.

A return or exchange will be accepted only when the product meets all the conditions mentioned in this policy.

By placing an order on CTR Shoes India, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Exchange Policy.
